Shipping Policies

• USPS Shipping- Ship anywhere where USPS ships
• All orders include USPS Fist-Class Shipping or USPS Priority Shipping.
• We are not responsible for any added Customs or VAT taxes that are added to any international orders. 
• We are not responsible for any packages that may have been lost, not delivered or stolen. You must contact your local Post Office for any of these issues.

Purchasing Policies

• All sales are final. No returns, exchanges or refunds.
• Exchanges are prohibited during LIVE shows. 
• All pearls are cultured & farmed (YES they are real pearls) and may have natural inclusions on them. Pearls are natural AAA quality. 
• All gems are natural or lab created (YES they are real gems. Lab created gems price 30-40% lower than natural gems) may have natural inclusions. 
• We do not appraise pearls or gems. Please take them to a certified jeweler if you wish to have your pearls or gems  appraised.
